Adult "Zoom" Virtual Exercise Programs with Lynsey Fitzgerald - Fall/Winter/Spring 2021/2022

Yoga mat and weights lay by a window
Take Group Exercise classes from the privacy and safety of your own home.  How about a “Carpet Commute” 5 minutes before class to your “Home Studio”?  Log onto the class with one simple click on the blue underlined link and you are ready for class!  You can use a computer, tablet or Smartphone.  All you need is internet access.  The instructor will be there to greet you with a smile, friendly conversation, and instructions about equipment you will need for the class.  No need to worry about masks or exposure.  No need to worry about commuting in questionable weather conditions.
 
Can’t make the live class time?  NO PROBLEM… all classes are recorded and available for replay for approximately 48 hours.  Going on vacation and want to keep up with your fitness routine?  NO PROBLEM… take your device with you and enjoy classes from any location that has Wi-Fi.  Enjoyed the class and want to do it AGAIN?  NO PROBLEM...all classes are recorded and available for replay for approximately 48 hours.  Want to request exercises, style of class, etc.?  NO PROBLEM… you will receive an e-mail from the instructor, Lynsey Fitzgerald so you can ask questions or make requests.


Instructor Lynsey Fitzgerald has been working at local fitness establishments for over 25 years.  Since the pandemic began in March of 2020, Lynsey has taken her classes online using the Zoom platform.  To keep current in the fitness industry, Lynsey participates in live and virtual trainings. 
Lynsey teaches the following styles and incorporates them into her classes to keep them fresh and exciting:  Classic Barre, Cardio Barre, Step, Hi/Low Impact Aerobics, Kickboxing, Tabata, Sculpt, Gliders, Flow & Stretch, and more.

Fitness Mix
Fitness Mix (MWF) 6:30 - 7:30 AM
Two 30 minute classes back to back to meet your morning workout needs. You can do one or both classes depending on your schedule! Classes will change weekly and you will receive the coming week's topic schedule on Sunday. Styles will include: Kickboxing, Hi/Low impact aerobics, STEP, Sculpting, Classic Barre, Cardio Barre, Gliders, Tabata, Pilates, Flow & Stretch and more!!! All classes will be recorded and available to replay for approximately 48 hours.
Suggested equipment: weights, a yoga mat or towel, resistance bands, playground ball

Classic Barre
Classic Barre (T) 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. The focus is on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Besides building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. All classes will be recorded and available to replay for approximately 48 hours.
Suggested equipment: you'll need is a barre (or equivalent support: a countertop or chair back work well), your body weight, resistance bands, gliders (wash cloths, paper plates, etc. work very well), 2 pound free weights (heavier if you’d like, but not necessary), a small ball, and yoga block.

Session 3 - Encore Class 12/28

Sculpt
Sculpt (TH) 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Tone the whole body using weights, bands, yoga block, small ball, Stability Ball (big ball) and your own resistance. This class is a muscle-toning class focusing mainly on core and full body strengthening. Participants will combine cardiovascular, stretching and strength training exercises to burn calories, increase flexibility and tone muscles all at the same time. Participants will burn calories and fat while increasing overall metabolism by building lean muscle. All classes will be recorded and available to replay for approximately 48 hours.

Pilates
Pilates (S) 8:00 - 9:00 AM
Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. It consists of exercises that utilize low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s. All classes will be recorded and available to replay for approximately 48 hours.

Cardio & Sculpt
Cardio & Sculpt (S) 9:15 - 10:15 AM
This 60 minute class will combine cardio and sculpting elements to give you a full body workout. Cardio may consist of Hi/Low impact aerobics, kickboxing and plyometrics. Sculpting will use weights, bands and your own body weight resistance. All classes will be recorded and available to replay for approximately 48 hours.
