The instructors at ONE Fitness & Wellness know firsthand that putting You First can be challenging. ONE is here to help you in your fitness and wellness journey, so you receive the support & guidance you need to live a healthier life. Whether you’re new to fitness, or returning to the gym after a long absence, ONE offers classes for every age and ability. If you’re feeling pressured to return home or get to work, and carving out time for exercise feels stressful, don’t worry! Every class at ONE has a 30-minute SMART START option. Instructors will let the class know when SMART START is finished and you are welcome to cool down and stretch before heading back to your day.

Take advantage of ONE’s classes, with modifications for most fitness levels. These options meet the recommendations of the American Heart Association for improved heart health and they make it easier to squeeze exercise into your day.
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ at ONE!
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is ideal for anyone looking to improve strength, build lean muscle and improve overall fitness. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. No experience needed!
BODYPUMP™ classes are 45 - 55 minutes in duration.
Mondays, 5:00-5:50 pm
Thursdays, 5:15-6:05 pm
Saturdays, 8:30-9:20 pm

STAGES Indoor Cycling PLUS
ONE Fitness and Wellness brings you an effective combination of STAGES Indoor Cycling and Cycling PLUS classes. Your schedule will include classes devoted to indoor cycling training, where you control the intensity of your work-out, as we explore the challenges of hill climbs, sprints and flat roads. AND you will join a cycling PLUS class, that combines 20 minutes of indoor cycling, 20 minutes of strength training and 5 minutes of core training! In each 45-minute class, you will enjoy great music in a fun environment with certified group fitness instructors who will guide you. ONE uses quality, easy-to-adjust STAGES bikes, each with its own power meter.
For strength work, ONE uses a SMARTBAR™ with easy to grip hand weights of varying sizes. Train indoors at ONE and watch your fitness improve! We know you will leave class feeling energized and smiling.

ONE Fitness and Wellness introduces this smart combination of STAGES Cycling classes with Les Mills BODYFLOW™, to enhance your ability to remain active.
STAGES Indoor Cycling Classes -- indoor cycling training, where you control the intensity of your work-out. Enjoy great music in a fun environment with certified group fitness instructors who will guide you through hill climbs, sprints and flat roads on quality, easy-to-adjust STAGES bikes, each with its own power meter. You will leave class feeling energized and smiling.
Les Mills BODYFLOW™ – A brilliant combination of Tai Qi, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation, that improves your mind, sleep, mobility, and core strength. Instructors provide options so everyone can feel successful, as we bend and stretch our way through simple moves, with inspiring music. This class leaves you feeling more confident, motivated and less stressed.
Both classes are 45 minutes in duration.
For STAGES Cycling, you can wear indoor sneakers or indoor cycling shoes with spd clips.
Bring water and a towel.
For Les Mills BODYFLOW™, bring water and a mat. You may participate barefoot or with
sneakers or yoga socks, as you please.
