The Department is excited to have Queensbury Elementary School Art Teacher Jennifer Spath joining us again this summer for some awesome clay programs!

for the 2022-2023 school year

Dragon Eye Treasure Box
  • Use polymer clay, paint and some sparkle to craft a magical dragon eye treasure box.
  • Bring a packed lunch for a little mid-crafting lunch break while we bake our creations.
  • Dress for mess.
  • All supplies included.

Fairy House Crafting
  • Polymer, pebbles, pretty little beads. Mushrooms, moss and ‘magination.
  • Bring a little bit of magic into your garden (or home) while you craft a creatively detailed fairy house.
  • Use natural materials and some craft items too to bring the sparkle.
  • Bring a packed lunch for a little mid-crafting lunch break while we bake our creations.
  • Dress for mess.
  • All supplies included.

Clay Taco Boxes
  • Taco ‘bout a fun sculpture! Create a colorful taco sculpture that looks good enough to eat AND has a hidden compartment to work as a box.
  • We’ll build and paint a wooden frame, add awesome textures with polymer clay and finish it all with colorful painted detail.
  • Dress for mess and pack a bagged lunch daily for a mid-crafting break.
  • All supplies included.

Colorful Clay Chimes
  • Do you hear what I hear? Create some beautiful clay windchimes with colorful painted details.
  • Add personality and fun to your choice of clay chime pieces.
  • Then, design your beaded hangers to complete your windchime.
  • Dress for mess and pack a bagged lunch for a mid-crafting break.
  • All supplies included
