Youth Mixed Media Art Classes - Summer 2022

On the first day of this 2-day class, students will use acrylic paints to paint a scenic landscape background. On the following day, students will use fine-line markers and/or colored pencils to draw stylized foreground objects, such as a hot air balloon, a lighthouse, cactus, plants, trees, etc. on quality art paper. These components will be carefully cut out and mod-podged (glued) onto their scenic background canvas boards to create a unique and beautiful artwork to take home.
Basic painting and drawing instruction will be given and all supplies will be included.
