The Queensbury Department of Parks & Recreation offers lap swimming for adults (18 & Over) on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings at Queensbury Elementary School Pool during the school year (Early September to Early April) in conjunction with scheduled Aquaerobic programming dates. Participants must sign-in, and respect other swimmers personal space and accommodate circle swimming as needed.
During the Summer Months (Late June to Labor Day) Adult (18 & Over) early morning lap swimming is available at Gurney Lane Recreation Area on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. This is an un-heated outdoor pool. The pool consists of 6 competition lap lanes with end-wall and bottom “T” markings. The Bathhouse includes restrooms and heated showers.

Time: 7:45 PM to 8:30 PM (following Aquaerobic class)
NO PROGRAM: When school is CLOSED for snow days, holidays and school breaks.

Time: 6:30 to 7:30 PM

When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Correlates to the 8-weeks for summer swim lesson dates. Approximately the last Monday in June to the third Friday in August.
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 am, and by admissions during operating hours ($7 daily or pool pass)
