Jumping for Volleyball
A fun class designed for women of all ages and abilities!

General Information
  • Each session will begin with a brief warm-up, followed by NON-COMPETITIVE volleyball.
  • The emphasis will be having a great time, while learning and practicing basic volleyball skills, scoring, and rules.
  • Instructor: Erika LaFountain
  • It’s a Girls Night Out ... join us for an evening of FUN!
