One Fitness
Train with ONE Fitness and Wellness!
You can have it all with ONE classes at Queensbury Recreation!
ONE welcomes you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, to join us for our fun & effective classes. You will improve your strength, balance, stamina, core stability, and cardiovascular health, through ONE’s diverse programs. ONE’s certified 1nstructors bring fantastic music and motivation to each class, while providing modifications so your work-out suits your needs (including low and no-impact, as well as some seated options).
Join our community for morning and/or evening sessions to improve your fitness & health! 
ONE programs include resistance, cardio and mind-body focus, so you get the balanced training you need to live your best life! Programs include POUND®, ONE SH1FT, ONE L1FT, ONE M1ND, POUND Unplugged, ONE Fusion, Functional Fitness & Flexibility, and more!

You will leave the class feeling energized and confident - ready to come back for more. No experience needed!
The sessions are approximately one month in length and prices vary depending on the number of classes offered. Watch ***One Fitness and Wellness*** for details.

Fitness Packs
  • Class Passes allow you the flexibility to alternate between morning and evening classes, and/or within sessions.
  • PASSES EXPIRE 4 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
  • Passes only good for Wake Up With One & Sh1ft Your Fitness With One classes/sessions
  • 5 Pack: Resident: $45 Non-Resident: $55
  • 10 Pack: Resident: $80 Non-Resident: $90

Class Guidelines
We ask participants to arrive 5-15 minutes prior to the start of class, in order to set up properly for class. However, we understand that sometimes life interferes with prompt arrival to classes.
Please contact the 1nstructor for the class or Noelle if you are running late, BUT please come! You can email Noelle at onefitnessandwellness@gmail.com

There is no refund for unused classes nor class passes. ONE Fitness and Wellness may cancel a class at any time for any reason, including illness or inclement weather.

Wake Up with ONE!
Energize your morning, with Wake Up with ONE! Every good training program includes a combination of cardio, strength and mind-body work. ONE alternates the training focus each morning to provide just that.
>ONE L1FT is designed to develop strength through effective progression of movements, using ONE’s quality hand-held weights and bar set. And since you make your own weight selection, you control the load & intensity. You will receive expert guidance through the moves, making this a perfect way to add strength training to your routine, whether you are new or experienced with exercise.
>ONE SH1FT will take your fitness to a new level, by developing mobility, balance and agility, while improving your cardiovascular health. This program holds the key to training for Life!
>ONE M1ND will future-proof your body, by providing the movement you need for recovery. You will enhance your flexibility, balance, mobility and stability, while creating connections between the mind and movement.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays 5:30-6:15 am

Session 2: August 1 - 28
Session 3: September 11 - October 5
Session 4: October 10 - November 2
Session 5: November 6 - 30 (No Program 11/7, 11/23)

What to Bring: Water & Mat, wear supportive indoor sneakers for most programs.

SH1FT your Fitness with ONE!
Join ONE in the evenings for SH1FT your Fitness with ONE! ONE offers the right combination of cardio, strength and mind-body work to optimize your exercise benefits.
>ONE L1FT is designed to develop strength through effective progression of movements, using ONE’s quality hand-held weights and bar set. And since you make your own weight selection, you control the load & intensity. You will receive expert guidance through the moves, making this a perfect way to add strength training to your routine, whether you are new or experienced with exercise.
>POUND® is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dropping fun of playing the drums! Using Ripstix® - lightly weighted drumsticks - POUND® transforms drumming into a full-body workout combining cardio, conditioning and strength training. This class is designed for everyone, with no experience nor musical talent necessary!
>ONE M1ND will leave you feeling grounded and confident, through restorative movements that connect your mind and body.
