The Queensbury Summer Sports Performance Program will optimize your athletic ability, maximize performance, and reduce the potential risk for injury. This comprehensive summer training program will build self-confidence, increase muscular strength and endurance, enhance explosive power and improve flexibility, speed and agility. This program is open to anyone in grades 4-12 who is interested in gaining a better understanding of his or her own personal performance.

All participants will 
perform workouts designed to increase mobility, speed, movement efficiency, strength, and power. All programming
is based upon solidifying foundational movement, as well as enhancing all areas to optimize performance.

Participants will meet the supervisors every session in the Queensbury High School Weight Room during designated times to begin their session.

Evening sessions (Wednesdays) will primarily be speed, agility,and body coordination-based and held on the high school track.

Grades 4-12, open to Boys & Girls
June 26-July 27 (M, W, Th)

WEIGHT ROOM TRAINING (M, W, Th)
• 7:00-8:30 am – Boys in Grades 9-12
• 8:00-9:30 am – Girls in Grades 9-12
• 9:15-10:00 am – Boys in Grades 6, 7 & 8
• 10:00-10:45 am – Girls in Grades 6 , 7 & 8

WEIGHT ROOM TRAINING (M, W)
• 10:45-11:30 am – Boys & Girls in Grades 4 & 5

EVENING SPEED SESSIONS ON TRACK (W)
• 7:15-8:00 pm – Grades 4-12

Queensbury High School Weight Room and adjacent field (outdoor conditioning)
Queensbury High School Track (Evenings, W)

*OPEN WEIGHT ROOM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - 8/14 - 8/18, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
