It's a Girl's Night Out....join us for an evening of fun!  This program is designed for women of all ages and abilities!  Each session will begin with a brief warm-up, followed by NON-COMPETITIVE volleyball.

The emphasis will be on having a great time, while learning and practicing volleyball skills, scoring and rules.
