Field Hockey Women on the Field
This program will cover various levels of instruction; from how to hold a stick, proper use of equipment, and how to dribble and pass. Drills will help build skills that can be used in our scrimmages and fun competition style games. Participants can expect to learn new skills, and gain more knowledge on those they already have.

Saturdays - September 21 - October 26

Queensbury School Athletic Tuft Field: 9/21 & 10/12
Queensbury School Athletic Field 2E for 9/28, 10/5, 10/19 & 10/26

Equipment needed: Sneakers or cleats, water bottle, sticks, shin guards, mouth guards, and protective eye gear (cages).
