Registration for ALL field trips will open on the first day of camp, Monday July 1st, at 10AM! 

General:
Field trip registration and payment will be accepted in-person or online. Please refer to each trip summary to determine whether the trip is appropriate for your child; some trips may not be suitable for all children (i.e.activity type, age limitations, etc.)Trip registration ends at 4PM on the day prior to the scheduled trip; registration will not be accepted the day of the trip and all program fees must be paid before attending.

We politely request that you do not send your camper with additional spending money; Q-Club staff members are not held responsible for lost money on trips.

Wait-List:
Wait-list members will be notified by 4PM the day prior to the trip if their camper has been moved from the wait-list to the trip. 

Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is requested 48 hours before the trip. A $5.00 cancellation fee, per trip, per child will be applied to all refund requests made. In the event that the department cancels a trip for any reason, or when there is no rain date scheduled, a full refund will be issued. 

Rain-Dates:
In the event of predicted inclement weather, a cancellation will be made and communicated at 5PM on the day prior to the trip and the rain date will be used.
