You’ve heard of SUP but have you tried Pool Yoga? Whether you are new to Pool Yoga or want to keep your SUP balance in tune during the off-season, Queensbury Parks & Recreation is now offering Pool Yoga classes.

Come experience pool yoga on our extra-large rectangular Pool Yoga Boards in the warmth of the pool area. These boards provide great stability and support a variety of traditional yoga poses.

You will get wet, so bring your suit, towel and water bottle!

*Trial dates- Want to see if you are able to get on the board and check your balance? We will have the yoga boards available for demo by appointment Tuesday evening 7:30-8:30 PM. Please contact Gary Crossman @ garyc@queensbury.net to arrange a trial.
