Class Guidelines
We ask participants to arrive 5-15 minutes prior to the start of class, in order to set up properly for class. However, we understand that sometimes life interferes with prompt arrival to classes.
Please contact the 1nstructor for the class or Noelle if you are running late, BUT please come! You can email Noelle at onefitnessandwellness@gmail.com
There is no refund for unused classes nor class passes. ONE Fitness and Wellness may cancel a class at any time for any reason, including illness or inclement weather.

Wake Up with ONE!
Energize your morning, with Wake Up with ONE! Every good training program includes a combination of cardio, strength and mind-body work. ONE alternates the training focus each morning to provide just that.
>ONE L1FT is designed to develop strength through effective progression of movements, using ONE’s quality hand-held weights and bar set. And since you make your own weight selection, you control the load & intensity. You will receive expert guidance through the moves, making this a perfect way to add strength training to your routine, whether you are new or experienced with exercise.
>ONE M1ND will future-proof your body, by providing the movement you need for recovery. You will enhance your flexibility, balance, core strength, mobility and stability, while creating connections between the mind and movement.
>ONE CARD1O will take your fitness to a new level, by developing mobility, balance and agility, while improving your cardiovascular health. This program holds the key to training for Life!
>STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and speed training moves synced to motivating music. Every squat, every lunge, every punch is driven by them music - helping you make it to the last rep, and maybe even five more! If you love kickboxing, STRONG Nation® is the right choice for you.
>CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork and mobility exercises to help you move better, for longer. The program is based on the science of functional movement. Class is set to a soundtrack of healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.
Four mornings each week, on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri.
Classes are 5:30 am - 6:15 am
