April Break – Vacation week activities: Egg Decorating & Scavenger Hunt: Friday, April 3rd, 10am to 12pm @ The Hansen Center
We will provide the coloring supplies; dyes, crayons, vinegar, food coloring, soaking jars, shave cream, etc. An Easter egg hunt throughout Gurney Lane Park will follow. Come try a variety of different egg decorating techniques. Please bring 6-12 of your own hardboiled eggs. Please come dressed to be outside, weather permitting.
Planting & Painting: Monday, April 6th, 10am to 12pm @ The Hansen Center
Join us in painting a terracotta pot to put your new seedlings in once they sprout. Participants will plant a selection of different seedlings in biodegradable seed-starters. Please come dressed to be outdoors, weather & time permitting.
Rocksport: Tuesday, April 7th, 10am to 12pm @ Rocksport Indoor Climbing Gym
This is a drop off program. Parents can drop participants off at Rocksport Indoor Climbing Gym (54 Carey Rd, Queensbury, NY 12804). All participants must complete a Rocksport Waiver prior to arrival.

This is a drop off program. Parent are encouraged to stay. Please dress for being outside and the weahter conditions. Boots recommended.
Park Beautification Hike: Friday, April 10th, 10:00-11:00 am @ Halfway Brook Trail (Potter Rd.)
This is a drop off program. Please wear hiking foot wear and dress for the weather conditions and being outside the whole time.
