Using the natural resistance of the water, you’ll tone muscles, improve flexibility, and boost your overall fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for all fitness levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury.

General Information
- July - August is held at Gurney Lane Recreation Area - Outdoor Pool
- September - December is held at Queensbury Elementary School Pool.
- Inclement Weather: In cases of severe, inclement weather conditions, class will be cancelled and make-up days used. Determination to be decided by 4:00 pm on the day of class, based on current weather conditions, hourly forecast, and radar.
