The Lovering Pavilion is available for rent from mid-May to Labor Day (weekends only May - June's pool opening). The Gurney Lane Pool opens on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
The Lovering Pavilion (~20'x40') is best for group gatherings of up to 50 people and features 10 six-foot picnic tables and 1 four-foot in-ground charcoal grill and available electricity. There is a restroom trailer located adjacent to the pavilion, and an accessible restroom available at the top of the hill in the pool's bathhouse. For the little ones, there is a playground close by to the pavilion.
The rental includes 10 complementary pool admission wristbands for swimmers (ages 5-59), after 10 the $7.00 general admission applies at the door. If a group plans on exceeding 10 swimmers an Add-on discounted swimming package can be made, at least 48 hours in advance:
- This will be $50.00 for 20 total swimmers. (10 complementary, plus 10 @ $5 pp, discounted $2.00 per person, must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance)
- This will increase in $50.00 increments for 10 individuals. I.E. 30 for $100, 40 for $150, capped at $200 for the 50 (pavilion/HC party sizes)
The rental fee is $200/day for Queensbury residents and $250/day for non-residents.
