This comprehensive summer training program will build self-confidence, increase muscular strength and endurance, enhance explosive power and improve flexibility. This program is open to anyone in grades 4-12 for the 2025-2026 school year who is interested in gaining a better understanding of his or her own personal performance. All participants will perform workouts designed to increase mobility, movement efficiency, strength, and power. All programming is based upon solidifying foundational movement, as well as enhancing all areas to optimize performance.Participants will meet in the Queensbury High School Weight Room or the Gold Gym during designated times to begin their session. This comprehensive summer training program will build self-confidence, increase muscular strength and endurance, enhance explosive power and improve flexibility. This program is open to anyone in grades 4-12 for the 2025-2026 school year who is interested in gaining a better understanding of his or her own personal performance. All participants will perform workouts designed to increase mobility, movement efficiency, strength, and power. Strength & Conditioning Program - Grades 4-8 & 9-12 - Strength & Conditioning Program - Grades 9-12 This program will optimize your athletic ability, maximize performance, and reduce the potential risk for injury. This comprehensive summer training program will build self-confidence, increase muscular strength and endurance, enhance explosive power and improve flexibility. This program is open to anyone in grades 4-12 for the 2025-2026 school year who is interested in gaining a better understanding of his or her own personal performance. All participants will perform workouts designed to increase mobility, movement efficiency, strength, and power. All programming is based upon solidifying foundational movement, as well as enhancing all areas to optimize performance.Participants will meet in the Queensbury High School Weight Room or the Gold Gym during designated times to begin their session. Families have loved her summer programs, especially the kiddos! Your toddler wants a fun and creative outlet! Join your child in an organized environment that is designed to allow for learning, play, and artistic expression. Learning games will be incorporated with a story time and related art activity. Each class is designed to help develop your child’s fine motor skills, appropriate for their age level. Parents will learn age-appropriate art activities to help encourage their child’s artistic expression. It is a great opportunity for socialization, too! Disc Golf Clinic - Youth - Disc Golf Clinic - Fall Beginner Disc Golf Clinics for youth between the age of 8-16. The clinics will focus on proper grip, forehand & backhand throws and respective approaches from the tee pad. In addition, to learning terminology and disc selection participants will actively play several holes of disc golf, leading up to a full round of play for either 9 or 18 holes.
